Launch of Your LJMU Your Voice 2024

This month we are launching the Your LJMU Your Voice 2024 staff engagement survey.

It is an invaluable opportunity for the leadership of the university to hear from all staff about your experiences of working at LJMU and the key issues that matter to you.

The survey considers areas such as culture, values and diversity and inclusion and the results will be analysed to help us to understand the issues that matter to you and understand how we can all work together effectively to deliver our strategy.

Actions in response to feedback

Last year’s survey highlighted the areas we are doing well and where we can improve. Across the university we have seen a total of 129 actions being developed and delivered in response to the feedback in the survey.

Read more about the findings of the 2023 survey.

The 2024 survey is again being administered by our external partner People Insight. This ensures that individual survey responses are anonymous with information only being provided to the university if anonymity thresholds are met. This is important as we want all members of staff to feel able to share their thoughts and feedback on working at LJMU.

The survey will only take around 15 minutes to complete. You will receive an email next week from survey-invite@peopleinsight.co.uk with a link to complete the survey.

A free drink for taking part

To thank you for taking the time to answer the questions we will offer you a free drink at your local LJMU Core Café up to the value of £3 on completion of the survey.

In addition to this, for every completion a tree will be planted through the Eden Reforestation project. The university will also support work undertaken by the Mersey Forest Project.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey, your feedback is essential to help us understand and act upon issues that matter to you.  It will also enable us to explore how we can all work together effectively, to deliver the LJMU Strategy 2030.
