Data Protection Statement

By sending LJMU personal details on the accommodation request form you are consenting to this information being shared with the owner of your allocated accommodation for the purposes of completing your booking.  Information on the form regarding a disability or medical condition may also be passed in confidence to LJMU's Student Advice & Wellbeing department. The tenancy agreement for your accommodation will be provided by the owner and not by LJMU. All personal information will be used by LJMU in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and for the purposes of student accommodation administration.

The contents of the Accommodation Guide, Applicant Guide and this website are correct at the date of going to press and LJMU reserves the right to make such alterations to the provision of accommodation and accommodation services as it shall deem necessary. LJMU cannot be held responsible for any breach of contract between students and accommodation providers. This includes any loss or damage which any such breach may cause or any failure of any accommodation or any services provided in relation to any accommodation to meet any standard and/or requirement whether specifiied by law, practice, regulation, code of practice or otherwise.
