Location
Atlantic Point offers modern and well-equipped accommodation and is situated close to the Byrom Street complex of teaching buildings and within easy walking distance of the Aldham Robarts Learning Resource Centre. It is ideal for students based at LJMU's City Campus who want en-suite accommodation at reasonable cost.

Facilities
Atlantic Point is one of the largest student developments in Liverpool with around 900 bedrooms organised into flats of 6 bedrooms each. Each bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom and a broadband connection. Security at the site is excellent, with a single permanently staffed entry point and extensive CCTV coverage.
Costs
In academic year 2011/12 a bedroom with en-suite bathroom at Atlantic Point will cost £92.50 per week and will be let on a standard contract of 42 weeks - making an annual cost of £3,885. Rents include all utility costs, basic contents insurance and a broadband connection in each bedroom.
A deposit of £200 is required to secure the booking of a room at Atlantic Point and this will be returned at the end of the contract period, minus any deductions for damage to the room.
Parking is available at Atlantic Point at a cost of £420 for the duration of the standard contract.

To request a room at Atlantic Point, you will need to complete the accommodation request form on this website. The first date that requests can be submitted for academic year 2011/12 is Tuesday, 1 March 2011.
