Liberty Park is situated close to the Royal Liverpool University Hospital and the London Road shopping area and walking distance of the the Liverpool Students' Union and the various buildings of the Mount Pleasant Campus.
Liberty Park offers good value en-suite accommodation and is ideal for students who require high quality accommodation and do not mind a slightly longer walk to their classes each day.

Facilities
Liberty Park has around 400 bedrooms, organised into flats containing between 4 and 6 bedrooms each. Each bedroom features a telephone and data point and also has a private en-suite bathroom. The complex has its own laundry and a range of shops are situated within easy walking distance.

Postgraduate accommodation
There are a number of flats in Liberty Park that are set aside for postgraduate and mature students. Please inform us when making your request for accommodation if you wish to be considered for one of these bedrooms.
Costs
In academic year 2011/12, a standard en-suite bedroom at Liberty Park will cost £92.50 per week on a standard 42 week contract - making a total annual cost of £3,885. In addition there are a limited number of larger en-suite rooms available at £97.00 per week or £4,074 for the standard contract period. Rents include all utility costs, basic contents insurance and a broadband connection in each bedroom.
A deposit of £200 is required to secure the booking of a room at Liberty Park and this will be returned at the end of the contract period, minus any deductions for damage to the room.
Parking is available at a cost of £10 per week or £420 per year for the standard 42 week contract period.

To request a room at Liberty Park, you will need to complete the accommodation request form on this website. The first date that requests can be submitted for academic year 2011/12 is Tuesday, 1 March 2011.
