Technical Officers are members of the Faculty based technical support team and can be located at the IT Help-desk, 3rd floor James parsons, Byrom Street Ext 0151 231 2386

Technical Officers cover a wide spectrum of ICT expertise in the areas of computer user software and hardware support. Including Microsoft Office applications, E-mail, Internet, Computer Aided Design [CAD], Graphic design, Desktop publishing, Web Site maintenance, Muti-media design, Video and Audio capture, Teaching and Learning support, PC and Laptop problem diagnosis and maintenance.
