Student Zone
Facilities available
The "Student Social Zone" is located on the 2nd floor of the James Parsons building, Byrom Street.
Wireless computing access, colour/mono printing and photocopying facilities are managed by the I.T. Officers located in the 3rd floor, James Parsons I.T. Help-desk.
This is an open access facility has a staffed cafe area along with vending machines serving snacks and fresh drinks.
These facilities have been designed specifically for students who wish to socialise or work as individuals or in groups.
Printing from your laptop - 'Web based printing'
If you wish to print to the colour printer/photocopier from your laptop, please find a neary instruction sheet located by the printer - or follow the link to the web base printing page. https://print.ljmu.ac.uk/cps/
Computing access
The Student social zone has computers available for student use during usual building opening hours.
