Career Development, Changing Role, Redeployment or Leaving LJMU
Staff Development Advisers within the Academic Enhancement Unit provide individual coaching, information and skills development to support people who are considering a change in their career within or outside of LJMU.
We have designed activities and resources to meet a variety of requirements, which include personal and professional development needs analysis, identifying transferrable skills and capabilities, job application preparation, CV writing and interview techniques.
