Staff Development Adviser, registered for Level A & B testing with the British Psychological Society, Programme Leader for:
- Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS)
- Level 3 Award in First Line Management
- Level 4 Certificate in Leadership and Management
- Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management
As Staff Development Adviser, I am responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of staff development programmes. My role involves raising awareness as to the development opportunities available, helping and advising departments and teams on the best way forward to meet identified developmental needs. In addition to facilitating group sessions I also offer one-to-one developmental sessions on a confidential basis. As a team we work with Faculties, service teams and departments from across the whole of LJMU. I have specific responsibility for liaison with the following departments; Faculty of Education, Community and Leisure Faculty of Technology and Environment PVC Administration and Human Resources PVC Delivery PVC Marketing, Commercial and International PVC Student Experience (excl L&SS) Please contact me with regard to the development needs of you or your team.
