Membership on FMT is represented by managers of key strategic faculty activities
The Faculty Management Team will:
- consider, develop and agree key policy and strategic objectives of the Faculty;
- advise the Dean on strategic and operational issues affecting the Faculty;
- consider decision requests from Faculty Directorates and advise the Dean on actions;
- receive and act on reports from Faculty, University and Directorate Committees and external bodies;
- consider and act on issues raised by the Dean or ‘invited others’.
Frequency of meetings: Monthly
Minutes of meetings will be made available for SMG
