NATIONAL STUDENT SATISFACTION SURVEY AND LJMU ADMISSIONS SURVEY - November 2009

We have just learned that we have an 87% student satisfaction rate for the Faculty of Science in the latest National Student Survey, this covers students all the way from Level One to Final Year studying our subjects. This is markedly better than the average for English universities as a whole in the science area so we’re really pleased with this.

On our latest admissions survey for students coming into level 1 in 2009, we have a 97% satisfaction rate (Very Good or Excellent from 387 survey respondents) for the way their applications were dealt with by Science Admissions, but 4 people still rated the admissions process as being poor. We always want to get better and improve the way we deal with our applicants so why not make a suggestion as to how we can do this by contacting us on scienceadmissions@ljmu.ac.uk ?
