GERI Weekly Seminar Programme

GERI Weekly Seminar Programme

The Weekly GERI Seminars form a regular research meeting for the institute and have been taking place since November 2004.

They take place in Basement Laboratory B1, James Parsons Building, Byrom Street at 10:30 am each Friday morning.

The seminars provide a fertile forum for research debate, are a valuable channel of intra-GERI news and communication, locally disseminate knowledge of the varied research activities within GERI and also aid in the training of younger or inexperienced researchers in presentation skills.

Information on the forthcoming seminar can be found <here>

An archived list of speakers, dates and topics for past Weekly GERI Seminars can be found <here>.

Occasionally, the Institute welcomes external speakers at the Weekly GERI Seminars, by prior arrangement.

If you are interested in appearing as a speaker at on the the friday GERI seminars, or have a topic that you feel would be of interest to the Institute, contact d.r.burton@ljmu.ac.uk.
