Standing Orders for the Conduct of Meetings
Introduction
To ensure the effective conduct of business, the Board has approved Standing Orders. The Chair has responsibility for their interpretation and may be advised by the University Secretary in these matters.
Subject to the provisions of the Instrument of Government and the Articles of Government, the Board of Governors may regulate their proceedings as they think fit.
