Standing Orders for the Conduct of Meetings
Chair/Chairman's Action
- The Chair/Chairman shall be empowered, following consultation, to deal with matters of urgency arising outside of Board of Governors meetings where it is not deemed advisable to await until a meeting of the Board.
- Any matters of urgency dealt with under the above action shall be reported to the next meeting of the Board.
