Standing Orders for the Conduct of Meetings

Amendments and Revocation of Standing Orders

These standing orders may only be amended or revoked by decision of the Board.
The standing orders will be reviewed as part of the 4-yearly Governance Effectiveness Review, or more frequently in the light of experience or changes in governance practice.
