Financial Skills Training at HMP Liverpool
North Liverpool Citizens Advice Bureaux’ Financial Skills Training project at HM Prison, Liverpool was funded through the Basic Skills Agency’s Financial Literacy National Support Project. Nationally, it was one of six projects funded by the Basic Skills Agency, all of which were designed to support the development of financial literacy within the Skills for Life strategy. The project commenced in October 2005 and terminated in December 2006. The RUFI evaluative research report into the impact of the project was published in December 2006.
