| Biography: |
I qualified as an RGN / RSCN from Alder Hey Children's Hospital in 1985. After working for a couple of years in PICU and neonatal surgery in London I completed the ENB 405 at Oxford Street NICU (Now Liverpool Women's Hospital) where I have worked ever since, firstly as a neonatal sister and then as part of the education team based on the unit. I studied for my MSc in Health Research and Policy at Liverpool University for which my research study was the benefit of a quiet time on NICU. My interests are Developmental Care, support for families and staff during and following the death of an infant and medication safety. |
