| Biography: |
Yvonne studied History with Politics and English at Lancaster University, and then worked as Youth Worker, Project Manager, Deputy and Principal Officer in Cheshire and West London. She obtained a Certificate in Counselling from Salford and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Manchester University. |
| Teaching Interests: |
Yvonne's teaching interestes are wide-ranging having contributed to psychology, sociology, social policy and management modules. She has a particular interest in equalities and professional practice development. |
| Research Interests: |
Yvonne’s research interests centre on young peoples political participation, concepts of citizenship, young people and youth culture, and shifting professional identities. |
