| Biography: |
As a qualified Environmental Health Officer, I spent nearly 20 years working in local authorities across the North West. Although I have experienced all aspects of environmental health work, I tended to specialise in public health and maintain an interest in pests, drains and waste. I joined the Centre's teaching team in January 2007 and my main responsibility is as programme leader for the BSc Public Health (Environment), although colleagues have kindly involved me in teaching at all levels. |
