Training
Welcome to Health and Safety Training
The Health and Safety Unit provide training courses for LJMU staff, students and external clients. All courses are delivered by CIEH qualified trainers and we are approved and certificated by the Health and Safety Executive to provide First Aid and Emergency Aid courses.
Bespoke training can be arranged for some courses outside the normal training calendar.

You will need your LJMU ID card to access the building.
Courses start at 9.15am or 9.30am.
To ensure a prompt start please check the training calendar and arrive 15 minutes prior to the course start time for registration and refreshments.
If you have any special requirements, please let us know on Ext: 8167 when you book your place on the course.
Client Parking
There is a pay and display available at Fontenoy Street, Dale Street and Old Haymarket. There is a multi storey car park at Queens Square next to the Marriott Hotel.
Staff Parking
There is parking for staff at Mount Pleasant, Tithebarn Street and Trueman Street.
