Documentation

We provide a varied range of guides and training materials, ranging from brief introductory guides, to more in depth booklets. These cover a wide range of applications available on LJMU computers. A number of  user notices describing LJMU specific systems are also available, such as network printing. 

Documents are available on line, usually in PDF format, and also from your local learning resource centre or school based computing centre.

Training

In addition, new members of staff are offered IT induction sessions, covering basic information on the computing services available within the university, and where to turn to for further assistance. Visit the IT induction sessions page to find out more.
