Teaching -

Eric is the module leader for Commercial law, Sports law and Mooting; he also teaches on the Criminal law team. 

On the LLM programme, Eric is module leader for the optional modules 'Consumer & Commercial Relationships' and 'Alternative Dispute Resolution'.

Administrative -

Admissions tutor for the part-time LLB programme and the Master of Moots.

External Roles -

Eric is an advisor to the Prison Officers’ Association on the use of force, control & restraint and defensive tactics used by prison officers in Her Majesty’s prisons.

Research Interests -

Eric’s research interests include the areas of commercial law, sports law and the law relating to expert witnesses. He is currently writing a textbook on commercial law.
