Teaching -
Simon teaches Obligations A & B; and is module leader for the first-year core module, Independent Learning in Law. He also teaches on the optional modules in Animal Law and Legal research.
Administrative -
Simon is chair of the School’s Learning & Teaching Committee and is Teaching and Learning Manager for the School of Law.
Research Interests -
Retention of Students in Higher Education; the use of mentoring on under-graduate law programmes; the use of reflective diaries in undergraduate HE education; Self-efficacy, personality and success on university law programmes; Law relating to animal rights.
