Teaching -
Alexandra is module leader for the Law of the European Union (level 2), and European Socio-Legal Studies (level 3). She also contributes teaching on Public Law, Foundations, Independent Learning in Law, and Legal Research (level 1), Social and Legal Studies (level 2), and Human Rights (level 3).
Administrative -
Alex is cohort tutor for Year 1 & 2 of the Part-Time LL.B. programme; Erasmus co-ordinator for Law; and a member of the Law School Teaching & Learning Committee.
Research Interests -
Alex’s research interests include European Union Law; Public Law & Human Rights; Socio-Legal Studies and Legal Education. Her current research focus is on the topic of Law and Religion in Europe, which forms the basis of her on-going PhD studies.
External Roles -
Alexandra is a member of the following: Law and Religion Scholars Network (LARSN); Socio-Legal Studies Association (SLSA); Society of Legal Scholars (SLS); Human Rights Lawyers Association (HRLA); and Liverpool Socio-Legal Gathering (SLG).
