Teaching -
Kevin delivers the LLM core module, 'Corporate Group Structures'. He also teaches the option Employment Law on the LLM.
On the LLB, Kevin is also Module Leader for the option modules in Introduction to Employment Law at Level 2 and Company Law and Employment Law at Level 3.
Administrative -
He is Programme Leader for the taught postgraduate course LLM in International Business & Commercial Law.
External Roles -
Kevin is an External Examiner at De Montfort University, Loughborough University, Derby University and the University of Wales.
Research Interests -
Kevin’s research interests are in the fields of Company Law (particularly corporate groups) and Employment Law (particularly equality in employment) on which topics he is a regular contributor to the Business Law Review Journal and the Company Lawyer.
