Crisis Management with Simulation
This course provides training in Crisis Management and Human Behaviour for officers and seafaring personnel on passenger vessels, passenger ro-ro or commercial yachts. The course covers leadership, command and effective communications; human behaviour and the responses during emergencies and crowd management. The Theory is supplemented by a set of training exercises run in the 360° ship handling simulator.

Issue of a certificate: There is no formal assessment but delegate's performance will be assessed throughout the course.
