Pilotage

The Government is in the process of establishing a formal qualification for all ship Pilots. Once qualified, this training must then continue throughout their career.

Lairdside Maritime Centre has the only UK 360° ship simulator which offers trainees a realistic yet safe environment in which to practice their skills before embarking on a real ship.
