BuddhaMind Journal

Welcome

Welcome to the BuddhaMind website. BuddhaMind is a journal written by MSc students from Liverpool John Moores University who are enrolled on the Psychology and Buddhism module of the Concsciousness and Transpersonal Psychology distance learning programme. We are also building and maintaining a list of online resources for those interested in this area.

About BuddhaMind

BuddhaMind is produced every two years by students enrolled on our Psychology & Buddhism module, part of the online Consciousness & Transpersonal Psychology programme run by the School of Natural Sciences and Psychology at LJMU. Each year, all the students write and submit their articles for an in-class peer-review process which forms part of their formal assessment requirements. The teaching staff act in an advisory capacity as 'executive editors' as well as of course assessing the final output. Our students are highly motivated and insightful, and the standard of work produced has proven to be very high – we have no reservations in publishing these articles online.

Another aspect of BuddhaMind is the collection of resources for students and visitors alike who have an interest in the intersection of Psychology and Buddhism. We are always looking to expand this section, so if you have suggestions, please contact us to submit them.
