Oracle Financial system

The Oracle Financial system is going live on Monday 10 August.
There have been various communications and training sessions taking place over the last few weeks.
All financial transactions will be processed through the Oracle Financial system from Monday 10 August.
Purchase ordering
You will be able to enter purchase orders onto the new system from 9am on Monday 10 August. Staff who need access to purchase ordering will receive an e-mail from the Finance Systems team before Monday.
Coding structure
All new codes are in place and your Management Accountant has been talking to the faculty and service teams about this over the past few weeks, helping to guide you through the new coding structure and the new codes.
