On-line progress report - update
08 September 2009
Check your marks online.
Between 1 August and 8 September the daily progress report updates on Blackboard were suspended. This allowed all summer referral/deferral mark entry, moderation and assessment board processes to be completed. Students will have been notified of their results prior to the reports being updated via the on-line progress report.
For most modules, if your mark is 40% or more then you have passed. Well done!
If your module mark is between 30% and 39% you have marginally failed the module. This means that you may be awarded up to 24 compensation credits and not have to complete any referral work, under the following circumstances:
- your level average is 45% or greater
- the rules for your particular programme permit credit to be awarded in this way
If your module mark is less than 30% you have failed the module and if this is your first attempt you will be informed of your referral requirements.
If you have any queries about your marks please contact the person responsible for your academic progress (personal tutor, level tutor or programme leader).
