Stress management course

A free staff development course run by external consultants ‘three60 Stress Management’ to enable individuals to deal with stress more effectively.
Friday 16 October 2009 – 9:00am – 12:30pm
Objectives of the course:
- Define stress from pressure
- Understand and utilise the concept of 360 stress
- Understand where stress comes from
- Develop a range of tools for dealing with stress in your life – business and social
The course will consist of:
- A light hearted introduction
- An introduction and explanation of the unique approach
- Identification of the change factors
- An exercise in spotting the effects of stress
- Looking at guidelines to reduce stress
- Surveys to determine behaviour types
- Explaining the link between behaviour and stress
- Categorising stressors
- Managing lifestyles to better deal with stress
- Action session
