Stress management course

A free staff development course run by external consultants ‘three60 Stress Management’ to enable individuals to deal with stress more effectively.

Friday 16 October 2009 – 9:00am – 12:30pm

Objectives of the course:

  • Define stress from pressure
  • Understand and utilise the concept of 360 stress
  • Understand where stress comes from
  • Develop a range of tools for dealing with stress in your life – business and social

The course will consist of:

  • A light hearted introduction
  • An introduction and explanation of the unique approach
  • Identification of the change factors
  • An exercise in spotting the effects of stress
  • Looking at guidelines to reduce stress
  • Surveys to determine behaviour types
  • Explaining the link between behaviour and stress
  • Categorising stressors
  • Managing lifestyles to better deal with stress
  • Action session
