Staff Induction Guidebook

A new Induction Guidebook has been jointly developed by Human Resources, Centre for Staff Development and Learning Development Unit.
The Guidebook is now being given to all new staff when they attend HR to provide their bank details/qualification certificates etc.
The Guidebook provides information for new starters on the core activities and development they should be engaging with in their first year of employment, as well as a list of key contacts and other information which new starters may find of use. The Guidebook also identifies the role and responsibilities of line manager’s in the induction process.
