New for 2010

Over the last few years, students have asked the University to simplify the services supporting their academic studies.  Whilst the staff in School offices and Faculty offices have been providing an excellent service, students have asked for a one-stop-shop approach so that they can access all that they need in terms of University administration in one convenient location.

In response to the student voice, the University is about to introduce a new streamlined service for students.  From January 2010, all standard student-facing services will be based in the student zones on the ground floor of each LRC.  

No matter where you are in the University, you can go to any of the three LRCs and get help, information and advice about any aspect of your student life.  Subject-specialist academic help will continue to be generated within the Faculties but the student zones will be the main focus for general student life.
