Postgraduate Researcher wins award

Hugo Relvas, Postgraduate Researcher in the School of Sport and Exercise Sciences, was awarded the New Researcher’s Award 2009 at the 17th European Association of Sport Management Congress in Amsterdam.
Hugo’s presentation and subsequently invited five-page abstract submission was entitled ‘The Influence of Organisational Structures on Youth Developme
nt in European Professional Clubs: a Player and Practitioner Perspective.' The presentation impressed both the judges and the UEFA representative.
