HR Policies and Procedures

Members of staff are advised that there are a number of new and recently revised HR policies and procedures available.
These documents can be found on the HR Website http://www.ljmu.ac.uk/employ
Such documents include:
- Absence Policy and associated guidance notes
- Code of Conduct for Staff
- Equality & Diversity Policy
- Best Practice in Psychometric Testing
Members of the HR team are continuing to work with the recognised trade unions in reviewing the University’s employment policies and procedures. Once agreed revisions will be posted onto the HR Website.
