Postgraduate Researchers (PGRs) and Early Career Researchers (ECRs) - pep up your career!

Make the most of your career by signing up to PEP...

The Graduate Development Centre (GDC) invites any PGR or ECR to sign up for a FREE 4 day (over 2 weeks) employability skills programme aimed specifically at preparing you for the world of work.  This highly focused programme will cover a range of topics to help you to:

  • Identify your career options
  • Sell yourself to an employer on paper and at interview
  • Explore career alternatives for researchers
  • Network with confidence
  • Develop advanced presentation skills
  • Write effective academic and non- academic CVs

You will also be given the opportunity to network and engage with former PGRs from a variety of backgrounds.

The programme will be running on the 14 & 15 and 21 & 22 April 2010.
