02 March 2010
Mike Foster MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for International Development, is visiting Liverpool Business School on Thursday 4 March at 11.30am to discuss the UK's policy on fair trade, as part of Fairtrade Fortnight (22 February to 6 March).
The event, which takes place in Room G13 of the John Foster Building, has been arranged due to LJMU's status as a Fairtrade University and will also form part of the final year undergraduate module in International Business Ethics.
Mike Foster will deliver a lecture about Fairtrade in the UK followed by a Q&A session with business ethics students. The students are currently studying fair trade as a case study in ethical sourcing.
