Dance Graduate Marketplace

LJMU Dance department are proud to launch their ‘Dance Graduate Marketplace’, a consultancy day supporting all aspects of employability aimed at final year dance undergraduates and dance graduates from all over the north of the UK.
The event will be taking place on: Wednesday 24 March from 10am – 4pm at the IM Marsh Campus
The market place event has been recognised as the first of its kind to be held in the North of England for dancers. It offers an informal opportunity for Dance students and graduates to network and gain valuable information/experiences related to employment.
Although the Dance department recognise that many graduates successfully gain places on competitive postgraduate courses and further training, there are equally those LJMU Dance graduates go on to work as freelance practitioners, performers, dance artists (applying for grants and funding bids) or set up their own companies/dance schools - and this opportunity helps to facilitate their transition into the workplace.
This event is open to any other North West-based institution or agency.
