New LJMU app launched

Keeping up to date with LJMU while you’re on the move is easier than ever with our new mobile app.

Liverpool Students’ Union’s Vice President for Academic Quality, Jemma Dudley commented:

“At LSU we are delighted with the way LJMU is continuing to work hard to improve communications with students. We’ve been closely involved with the development of this app and we hope you find it useful. There are plans to develop the app further so please do get in touch if you have ideas for other features that would be useful to you.”

The LJMU app is free and allows you to access details about your library account, computing support, study and funding advice and a map of university locations. You can also use the University Directory to look up contact details for staff and students. There is even a ‘Friend Locator’ feature that allows you to find out exactly where a friend is on campus (but only if they agree you can, of course). You’ll also get the latest LJMU news and important alerts, to help you get the most out of university life.

Downloading the app is free and easy.

For iPhones it is available on the Apple Apps Store (find it by searching for LJMU)
