Mount Pleasant car park

LJMU arrangements.
The City Council have taken the decision to close access to the car park at Mount Pleasant at 8.00pm from Monday 6 April because of the very small numbers of users after this time.
However as a concession to LJMU the Council have agreed that cars with valid LJMU permits will be able to park up to 9.30pm on the usual levels but anyone returning to their cars after 8.00pm must use the entrance by the exit lanes on level 7.
