Penultimate payslip

All staff will, by now, have received their penultimate payslip.  The last centrally coordinated and distributed payslip will be sent out at the end of May before the switchover of all HR/Payroll data to Staff Infobase for the beginning of June.  From the beginning of June all pay information will be available to view and download to print direct from the Staff Infobase website.

Training sessions for professional users of the system have been on-going and next week the first drop in sessions for staff will take place in a number of locations around the campus. The first session will take place in the Byrom Street foyer, 10.00am – 2.00pm on Thursday 7 May.  Full details of the drop in sessions can be accessed on the Staff Infobase webpages.

As the countdown begins, all staff need to ensure that the details currently entered on the old  S3 system are correct before the data is transferred to the Staff Infobase.  The deadline for checking your details on S3 is Friday 8 May, after that date all information will be temporarily unavailable as it is moved across. 

Please note that all staff training records held on S3 will not be accessible after 8 May, if you require details of learning history before prior to the 1 June, please print the current records from S3.  Once the Staff Infobase is live, any archive records can be obtained directly from the Centre for Staff Development.
