Financial year end - deadline for requisitions.
Computing and Information Services cannot guarantee that requisition/recharge forms received after Friday 19 June 2009 will be processed in this financial year. If you have any equipment requirements which are to be charged against your current budget please submit requisitions before this date.
Schools/Departments are urged to ensure all relevant information is included on Requisition/Recharge Forms as this is often a major factor in causing delay.
CIS will, of course, make all reasonable efforts on behalf of Schools/Departments.
Please note, equipment received after 31 July 2009 will be charged to the new Financial Year.
