| I returned to education as a mature student in 2006 having left school in 1969. I was awarded a BA (Hons) in History, graduating from the School of Social Science in 2009. I am currently a Post Graduate Research Student with the History Dept. involved in a project entitled “Driftermen and the Silver Darlings: Responses to the Crises Suffered by the British Herring Fishing Industry 1914-1950” and hope to be teaching on the Spanish Civil War module for the History program in September 2010. |
