With so much coverage in the media of the economic downturn, you may feel concerned about the impact on your future job prospects. Whilst the jobs market is certainly contracting it hasn’t disappeared altogether so it’s important not to give up hope. What is vital is that you put time and effort into your career planning at this stage to maximise your chances of success.

Enhancing your employability

Here there is a short clip by Vanessa Doust from KPMG. She explains how you can improve your employability - how to express your experience and how employers want you to use those experiences - even if it's working in a bar, voluntary work or clubs at University.
