Welcome to the computing support pages
As a computer user at Liverpool John Moores University, you will find the 'help with computers' pages useful in assisting you. Containing all the information you need, they'll help to get you up and running, get started, advise you where to go for support, and also offer a wide range of online and printable documentation.
In addition, there's also a section of more detailed information on the systems available, including email and web access, and more advanced areas such as networked video. You'll find all of this information under the Systems Information menu.
Computing support is provided by a number of departments within the university. For general software support and maintenance of your computing account, Library and Student Support offer guidance and assistance via our Learning Resource Centres, whilst Computing and Information Services (CIS) are responsible for the provision of the hardware, network and software infrastructure.
