The CIS Helpdesk

The Computing and Information Services Helpdesk is open to receive calls referred to CIS by LJMU Computing Centres

The Helpdesk also receive calls from members of staff who experience any hardware faults, with equipment that has been purchased through CIS.

Alternatively, a number of online forms have been created which you can use to contact us. There are a wide range of forms available, dealing with common queries. These allow you to provide us with the details required to quickly and efficiently deal with your query.
