*** WITHDRAWAL OF SUPPORT FOR OFFICE 2003 ***

A few staff PCs in LJMU are still running the Microsoft Office 2003 version of our staff client software. Support for this version of the software has now been withdrawn and it is no longer possible to logon to these PCs. It may still be possible to upgrade an Office 2003 PC to Office 2007. Whether or not we can do this depends on the age and specification of the PC. If you have an Office 2003 PC and wish to continue using it, please contact the CIS Helpdesk on extension 5555 to log an incident. This will be passed on to the CIS User Support team who will contact you to discuss whether or not an upgrade is possible.

Electrical Testing Rodney House

Due to electrical work taking place in Rodney House over the weekend of 13th & 14th March, the network to the following sites will be disrupted:
