The Construction Contract Law and Administration course is taught by distance learning over six months. The aim of the course is to improve the effectiveness of commercial managers working in the construction industry by increasing their knowledge and understanding of the principles governing construction contracts. This includes the different types of contracts, the procedural aspects of contract administration, the duties and obligations of the parties involved and methods of resolving disputes between the parties. The course will be of interest to anybody who is engaged with construction projects, whether as project sponsor with the client, consultants, contractors or sub-contractors.
