Welcome to Staff Development

Our role is to provide advice and delivery to meet the development needs of ALL staff employed by the University, supporting people to achieve the University's "Strategic Objectives". Faculty, School and Service Development Plans, inform and shape our service provision. Current needs are met via Leadership and Management Modules, Bespoke, Core and Open programmes, Team Development and 1:1 coaching.

In addition to the above, we also offer our internal and external clients learning and development needs analysis and Myers Briggs personality Type Indicator (MBTI) analysis and feedback.
