Where do I get a replacement LJMU card?
If you need a replacement University card, please go to any Learning Resource Centre. Library and Student Support (L&SS) authorises the production of replacement cards with new barcodes. A charge of £10 is made for replacement cards, unless you can provide a valid crime number. For more details please see University Card.
Why does my library account show the wrong expiry date?
All the data that we have about you (for example expiry date and address) comes from the central student administration system. We cannot therefore alter any of your personal details on the library system itself. Instead you must visit your School Office or Student Support Zone and have your data amended. Staff should use the Staff Infobase system or contact Personnel to change any details.

Does my LJMU card entitle me to use other libraries?
L&SS has entered into a range of agreements which allow various groups from LJMU to either reference only access or to borrow from other higher education libraries. For more details see Access to Other Libraries.
