Service counters (Hub and Transaction Desk) close 15 minutes before the start of self-service hours. If you wish to contact a Learning Resource Centre by telephone (0151 231 3179), please do so before the service counters close. Enquiries (including requests for book renewals) cannot be answered after the service counters have closed.
